This is two tape straps in place.

This is a tape ring in place. It's made of 1/2 inch cloth first-aid tape. A tape ring requires more existing skin than a tape strap.

A tape ring is applied on the skin with enough tension to keep it rolled over the cone.

This demonstrates the PUD (Penis Uncircumcising Device) in use. The PUD weights from 10 to 16 ounces, or more in some cases.
